Order Cancellation:
The following rules can be applied if the customer wants to cancel an order.

When the customer requests for order cancellation before the writer is assigned, then
he/she can claim full compensation. The amount paid by the customer will be credited
to the customer's account on the website or in his/her bank account.

When the writer is assigned
The customer can’t cancel the order once a writer has been assigned to the order.
When the order is canceled or delayed, the funds deposited by the customer will be
added to the client’s account balance on the website and is not refundable.
Late Delivery:
In the case of any delay, the customer has the right to claim the Time Delivery Difference
Compensation, which will be calculated depending upon the following factors
- Initial deadline
- Time of delay
Compensation for the late delivery cannot be provided in any of the following cases.
- If the delay occurs due to any of the actions by the customer. Delay in payment, delay
in the submission of required material, or being too late to respond to questions from
us.
- If the customer receives the product late due to any issue at his/her end, such as the
issues with the internet, browser, or any system failure.
Quality Issues:
- If the customer is not fully satisfied with the provided work and wants to claim
compensation, the Quality Assurance Team will validate the quality requirements. The
customer needs to provide feedback indicating the issues with the delivered product. The
QA team investigates and calculates an amount comparable to the percentage of mistakes
in the paper.
- The compensation request cannot be considered valid if the customer requests it due to a
bad grade. The drafts created by the company can only be used for reference purposes and
should not be submitted directly.
- If there is a claim that the paper is plagiarized, then a Turnitin report is needed. No
other report can be accepted aside from Turnitin; otherwise, no compensation is
possible.
Refund Processing:
Once the customer receives the refund confirmation, the company will process the request
within seven days. The company will not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fee,
transfer issues, or any other delay due to Bank service issues.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Please note that our services are not up for a subscription, as we do not provide
subscription offers.
- We also do not offer or require recurring payments since they are no subscription
packages or periodic payment packages available at our service.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee:
Our money-back guarantee policy allows the customer to request a full reimbursement in any of
the following cases.
The company is responsible for delivering the paper in a timely manner and according to the
specified requirements. If the service is unable to meet the customer’s request, he/she has
the right to request a refund. It can be done by simply contacting the support team via
phone or live chat and discussing the issue.
According to our written notice, the customer can claim a full refund within 30 days if the
company is unable to deliver the work within the specified timeline.
Refund for Subscriptions
- Our refund policy applies only to the subscription fee paid by the customer. The tool
itself is free to use, and any charges related to the use of the tool are
non-refundable.
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- If the tool is used after the subscription, then there will be no refund. Upon
cancelation of the subscription, the tool will be available for use within the paid
subscription period, and the amount will not be refunded. However, the subscription will
be canceled for the next subscription period, and the customer will not be charged any
amount.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at
info@collegeessay.org. You will be asked to provide your subscription details and
the reason for your refund request.
- Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 3 business
days.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days
of the approval date.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
Exceptions to the Policy
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer has violated our terms of service or engaged
in fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to attempting to hack our tool
or sharing their subscription with others.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer has used the tool to generate essays that
have been submitted for academic credit or used in any other way that violates academic
integrity policies. We do not condone plagiarism and take academic integrity seriously.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer has received a completed essay from our
tool. We provide a preview of the generated essay before payment is required to ensure
that the customer is satisfied with the essay's quality.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect that the customer
is abusing our refund policy. If we refuse a refund request, we will provide a reason for
our decision.
